Resurgence was formed in the fall of 2003 by
Ben Foutch and Sean Fraser with the intent to create a musical sound that encompassed their influences.
The band is currently comprised of members Sean Fraser, Ben Foutch, and Brad Mollohan. Sean and Ben met long
ago when Ben was seeking musical instruction and was introduced to Sean. From there the two developed a mutual
appreciation for distinct styles of music.
In the summer of 2005 Resurgence added a bass player to their ranks.
Brad Mollohan a great musician and an old friend of Sean's from way back was asked to join. Their music can be
described as a fusion of many genres of metal, as well as other types of music all together. The songs are a
reflection of observations, personal tragedies, literature/short fiction, and the darker nature of life. |
